More and more shopping malls are appearing, and international flagship stores are moving in at every one. At the moment, Mall of the Emirates is the leading shopping destination, given the close location to new Dubai, the heart of freehold property, and close to the beach. The Dubai Mall, part of the Burj Downtown development, is supposed to be the world's largest shopping mall, and we can expect this to be finished in a few months.
2. The finest hotels. Dubai prides itself on offering the ultimate visit to tourists, and the top hotels here don't disappoint! All along the beachfront, the world's finest hotels and resorts are constantly full of visitors and residents, offering activities, restaurants bars and so much more. There are so many hotels in Dubai, and the standard is high for the majority, so anyone coming here on holiday has a lot to look forward to.
3. Property and construction that's unrivalled. Dubai has long been regarded as a city that grows so quickly, a few months make a difference. This is certainly the case for all new Dubai property developments and other construction projects, which are being built in record pace. Skyscrapers just seem to appear out of nowhere, and the Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building, gets a new floor every couple of days.
